Sara Mullen is a Philadelphia native who recently transitioned from a rewarding career in the U.S. Navy to pursue her creative passions at home. After traveling the world, Sara realized there’s truly no place like home especially with her two beloved pets by her side. What began as a lighthearted joke—writing The Adventures of Marnie—quickly turned into a surprising and exciting journey. As Sara continued to write, she began to realize that maybe this was more than just a fun hobby; it could be her calling. A lifelong animal lover, Sara dreams of one day running her own animal rescue. For now, she’s embracing the adventure of life, one page at a time.
